vividHDR App Reviews

This app like many others of its type forces you to only use their camera to capture the source images for creating the final HDR. If you prefer to use a separate more dedicated camera app with better functionality to capture your source images or have an existing library of bracketed images you would like to process, then this app is no use whatsoever.

Never before have I enjoyed taking this many pictures on a trip thanks to the quality of the pics from this app.

Unlike almost every other HDR app out there, Vivid only lets you work on images taken using the app. I.e. no option to use images already in the gallery.

Pictures just pop and if they are a little too sureal they can be adjusted. I never take a picture of a landscape without this app!

Doesnt start in iOS 9 :-( please fix! This is the best HDR app!!!

Ive not managed to get this app working yet, which is a shame because I like the simplicity and design. Hope this gets fixed in an update soon.

i think its a great app. i use it also in Procamera 8 - its very good. but i miss the possibility to use and edit pictures from my camera-roll. best regards

Worst HDR Images i have ever seen! Pls fix for iPhone 6. That is too ugly!

In principle a very good program but it doesnt start with the iPhone 6s and IOS 9.0, 9.01 and 9.0.2. Please fix it!!! When it works it is a 5 star App.

A great tool, producing amazing results ! Sometimes results are too bright in the shadows, but darkening can be done better afterwords than brightening black areas...so i am very satisfied. Price could be a little lower. ... I currently use ios8 and iphone 6/16

kills itself on startup - complete useless. re-installation has no effect. please make an update soon!

Every single time I try to take a photo. At 45% saved. Every time.

This app is easy to use and the image quality is fantastic especially for landscape shots and sunrise/sunset images. Also love how you can choose how vivid you want the image to be.

Ever since vividHDR came out it had become my go to HDR app over pretty much every other one I had (I have most). It now has two more presets and access to controls that let you get exactly the look your after. It also gains save as tiff if you want an uncompressed format and you can also choose to not save the original exposure. Fantastic update!

After it crashes trying to create the first HDR you take it will fail to launch from then on. Even if you restart your device. Only way to get it to launch again is to reinstall it and the same thing will happen again, so dont bother. Waste of money, I wish Apple had a better return policy.

Disappointed that this app does not work and crashes continuously. Solar smelt many others are having the same issue... was able to take a couple of test images before the app began to crash continuously and the results were great. Asked for a refund. Will purchase again if new version is introduced addressing the bug

This one is the best among the other hdr apps. Fast enough to use with hand, and good results with 3 shots.
